How can I use Manessa AI on my devices?
You can use Manessa AI today on desktop, Android, and iPhone through your browser. It can also be installed to your device for quicker access and a more app-like experience. An Android app is coming soon.
What does Premium include?
Premium gives you a monthly voice and text allowance, access to all conversation styles and supported languages, optional real-time web search, priority access during busy periods, and early improvements as the app grows.
How much does it cost?
Premium is €14.99 per month. Free access is a small one-time starter allowance so you can try the experience before deciding.
How do voice and text limits work?
Premium uses one monthly allowance shared by voice and text, with voice counted more heavily because real-time speech costs more to run. There is also daily voice fair-use protection so one intense day does not drain the whole month.
Where is my conversation history stored?
By default, conversation history and memory stay on your device. If you enable Private Memory Sync, only an encrypted memory snapshot is uploaded so memory can follow you across devices. Raw conversation history is not synced.
Do you train AI on my conversations?
No. Manessa AI does not train AI models on your conversations, does not allow submitted conversation data to be used for model training, and does not sell your data. Active conversations are processed only to generate the replies and voice output you receive.
Do third-party providers process my chats or voice?
Yes. Active conversations may be processed by AI, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and voice connection providers so the app can respond in real time. We do not store raw conversation history on our servers, and submitted conversation data is not used for model training by the providers we use. We enforce that through provider settings and contractual restrictions where applicable. Some providers may retain limited operational logs or abuse-monitoring data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Can I cancel Premium?
Yes. Premium renews monthly and can be cancelled through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; current-period refund rights depend on immediate digital access consent and applicable consumer law.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account at any time. Sign in, open your Profile page, and use Delete Account — this permanently removes your account, profile, and Premium access, along with any content reports and your encrypted Memory Sync snapshot. You can also request deletion by emailing support@manessaai.com. Conversation history and personalization stored on your device are removed when you clear your browser or app data. If you subscribed through Google Play, we also try to cancel your subscription, but you should confirm the cancellation in your Google Play subscriptions. Some records, such as billing and tax records and anonymized operational data, may be retained where required by law, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Can I delete some of my data without deleting my account?
Yes. You stay in control of your data without closing your account. In the app you can turn off Private Memory Sync or use the 'delete synced memory' action to remove the encrypted memory snapshot from our servers, and on your Profile page you can manage or withdraw consents (such as sensitive-content processing). Conversation history and personalization live on your device, so you can clear them anytime from your browser or app data. To erase specific server-side data, email support@manessaai.com.
